UPDATE: (June 15, 2016): Playstation VR (PSVR) will be available on October 13, 2016 along with 50 VR supported games. The announcement came during the company’s E3 press conference early this week. PSVR’s late arrival to the VR scene has fueled speculation of a refresh of the popular PS4 console; however, it appears their strategy could be in their gaming portfolio.
PSVR is without a doubt the most affordable vector into full-featured Virtual Reality, but it’s specs aren’t as impressive as the competing HTC Vive and Facebook’s Oculus Rift. Head on over to VR’s Big 3 for a side-by-side spec comparison to see which headset is right for you.

Playstation’s VR Launch Bundle opened for pre-order today for $499.99 with an expected ship date of October 31, 2016. Amazon.com quickly sold out, but you can still secure your bundle at Bestbuy.com or GameStop.com. The bundle includes:
